Custom Laser Cut & Bent Brackets for Industrial Applications
BracketMFG is a specialized manufacturer based in Dongguan, China, focused exclusively on custom metal brackets. Unlike general-purpose sheet metal fabrication shops, we dedicate our engineering, tooling, and production resources to the specific challenges of bracket manufacturing.
We provide full-service production for structural, mounting, support, and connecting brackets. From simple L-brackets to complex assemblies requiring PEM hardware, welding, and specific surface finishes, our facility is optimized to handle your project from prototype to mass production.
Precision Manufacturing Capabilities
A bracket may appear to be a simple component, but achieving consistent quality requires strict control over bend radius, hole position, material thickness, and welding distortion. Our production environment is calibrated for these specific requirements.

From Prototype to High-Volume Production
Our production strategy scales with your project requirements, ensuring cost-efficiency at every stage.
Prototyping & Low-Volume
For initial builds, we utilize laser cutting, CNC punching, and automated bending. This allows for rapid turnaround without the expense of hard tooling. Our prototype lead time is typically 3–7 days.
Medium-Volume
We implement dedicated fixtures and standardized production cells to improve repeatability and reduce unit costs for batch orders.
High-Volume
For stable, long-term programs, we transition parts to stamping dies, progressive dies, or compound tooling. This conversion significantly reduces unit costs while ensuring maximum consistency across thousands of parts.
DFM and Engineering Support
A misplaced hole, incorrect bend allowance, or poor material selection can cause assembly failure. Before production begins, our engineering team reviews your CAD files (STEP, STP, DXF, DWG, PDF) to verify:
-
—
Bend Feasibility: ensuring the geometry can be formed with standard tooling.
-
—
Hole Locations: verifying tolerances relative to mounting conditions.
-
—
Assembly Fit: checking tolerances for hardware and mating components.
-
—
Material Selection: confirming the material meets load and environmental requirements.
