OEM Manufacturing
Custom Metal Bracket OEM Manufacturing
BracketMFG is a specialized manufacturer focused exclusively on custom metal brackets. While general sheet metal shops handle a wide range of parts, our engineering and production systems are optimized for the specific geometric and structural requirements of brackets.
We provide end-to-end manufacturing for mechanical engineers and purchasing teams, from one-piece prototypes to long-term mass production.
- Prototype Lead Time
- 3–7 days
- Standard Tolerance
- ±0.10 mm
- Max Bending Length
- 3000 mm
Engineering-Led Manufacturing
A bracket is more than a bent piece of metal. Misplaced holes, incorrect bend radii, or welding distortion can cause assembly failures that delay entire production lines. Our engineering team reviews every drawing before production begins.
We assist with Design for Manufacturability (DFM) to optimize every critical feature of your part.
-
Hole Patterns & Assembly Tolerances
Ensuring fitment in complex assemblies.
-
Material Selection
Balancing cost, weight, and structural requirements.
-
Bend Feasibility
Calculating bend radii and spring-back to maintain dimensional accuracy.
-
Surface Finish Compatibility
Selecting finishes that meet environmental and durability standards.
Production Capabilities: From Prototype to Volume
We select the manufacturing process based on your specific production volume, geometry, and quality requirements.
Rapid Development Without Tooling Cost
For rapid development, we utilize laser cutting, waterjet cutting, CNC punching, and automated bending. This approach avoids the high cost of hard tooling, allowing for design iterations and small batch runs with lead times as short as 3–7 days.
Consistency and Lower Unit Costs
As projects move to higher volumes, we transition to dedicated fixtures and standardized production cells to improve consistency and reduce unit costs. For stable, high-volume programs, we deploy stamping dies, progressive dies, and compound tooling to maximize production efficiency and repeatability.
