Custom Metal Brackets Manufacturer
Custom Formed Brackets: Precision Manufacturing for Industrial Applications
BracketMFG is a dedicated manufacturer of structural, mounting, and support brackets. Unlike general sheet metal fabrication companies, our engineering and production teams focus exclusively on bracket geometry, hole patterns, and assembly tolerances.
Based in Dongguan, China, we support mechanical engineers and purchasing teams worldwide, providing a direct manufacturing path from single-piece prototypes to high-volume production.

Production Path
From Prototype to High-Volume Production
Engineering a bracket involves more than just bending metal. Incorrect hole placement, poor flatness, or improper material selection can lead to assembly line failures. We manage the transition from development to mass production by selecting the optimal process for your specific volume.
Prototype & Low-Volume
For new product development, we utilize laser cutting, waterjet cutting, and CNC punching. This eliminates the need for expensive tooling, allowing for rapid iterations and design validation.
Medium & High-Volume
As production volume scales, we transition parts to dedicated fixtures, automated bending cells, and batch welding processes. For stable, long-term programs, we utilize stamping dies, progressive dies, and compound tooling to significantly reduce unit costs while maintaining repeatability.
