Custom Metal Brackets Manufacturer

Custom OEM Brackets: Precision Manufacturing from Prototype to Production

BracketMFG is a specialized manufacturer dedicated exclusively to custom OEM brackets. Unlike general sheet metal shops that treat brackets as a secondary service, our manufacturing operations are optimized specifically for the structural and geometric requirements of bracketry.

We provide end-to-end support for engineers and procurement teams, ranging from one-piece prototypes and low-volume batches to mass-production stamping runs.

Engineering Support and DFM

For engineers, a bracket is a critical assembly component. A misplaced hole or poor flatness can halt an entire production line. We review every project for Design for Manufacturability (DFM) before production begins.

Our engineering team analyzes your drawings—whether in STEP, DXF, DWG, or PDF format—to ensure the following:

Bend Feasibility

Ensuring radii are consistent with material thickness to prevent cracking or distortion.

Hole Pattern Accuracy

Maintaining alignment for critical assembly points.

Tolerance Management

Confirming that critical dimensions and assembly tolerances are achievable within the chosen manufacturing process.

Welding & Assembly

Evaluating welding distortion control and PEM hardware requirements.

Scalable Production: From Prototype to High Volume

We select the manufacturing process based on your project volume and quality requirements to ensure cost-efficiency.

Stage 01

Prototype & Low Volume

For R&D and pilot runs, we utilize laser cutting, CNC punching, and automated bending. This approach requires no expensive tooling, allowing for rapid turnaround times of 3–7 days with the flexibility to incorporate design iterations.

Stage 02

Medium Volume

We transition to dedicated fixtures, automated bending, and batch welding cells. This improves part-to-part consistency and reduces unit costs for recurring orders.

Stage 03

High Volume

For stable, high-volume programs, we implement stamping dies, progressive dies, and compound tooling. This transition significantly increases production speed and minimizes unit cost, providing long-term value for OEMs.

Materials and Surface Finishing

We work with a wide range of industrial-grade metals and provide comprehensive finishing options to meet environmental and application requirements.

Materials

  • Steels: Cold Rolled, Hot Rolled, Galvanized, Spring Steel.
  • Stainless Steel: 201, 304, 316.
  • Non-Ferrous: Aluminum (5052, 6061), Copper, Brass.
